论经方剂型及服用方法的安全性

Relate the Safety in Form of Prepared Drugs and Method of Taking Medicine from Classical Prescription

以《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》为依据,述经方在剂型、服药方法的安全性。张仲景依据药方的峻缓及毒性,给予剂型的限定,多用丸剂意在缓攻或缓治,缓和药力之峻烈之性与降低药物的毒性,以达祛邪不伤正的目的。在临证用方时,根据病人体质的强弱、年龄有长幼和药后疗效,采取不同的服药方法,避免损伤人体的正气。

This paper discussed the safety in form of prepared drugs and method of taking medicine on the basis of ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. Limited dosage form, such as pill, had been used in order to secure that toxic reaction of formulae was reduced and potent action of drugs was palliated. Different method of taking medicine had been adopted in the light of specific conditions,such as the constitution, the age and the drug effect. In a word, the ultimate aim of limited dosage form and different method of taking medicine was eliminating pathogen without damage of health energy.
