摘要
中医药经典文献的翻译是当前我国对外宣传的重要组成部分,对于传播中国传统优秀文化至关重要。然而作为重要的中医药典籍《黄帝内经》书名的英译,目前有多个不同译文同时并存,这种状况对于经典本身的世界传播十分不利。中医药典籍作为中国文化国际传播和运行的重要文化资本,需要在传播中拥有正确恰当的冠名并遵循国际标准化原则;同时,翻译功能目的论要求译文应该达成翻译活动的特定目的。文章拟从文化资本和翻译目的论的视角对《黄帝内经》书名英译文本进行比较分析,以发现符合上述要求的佳译,并倡导尽快推行该译名在译界和国际文化交流中的标准化工作。
Translating the Classics of Traditional Chinese Medicine is one important part in Chinese culture publicities in the world and the titles of these classics should be translated in a proper way due to the current cultural exchange conditions and China publicity policies. From the perspective of Pierre Cultural Capital Theory and the Skopos Theory in translation studies, by comparing different English translations of the book title, this paper proposes the cultural strategies and translation methods of the TCM classic Huangdi Nei Jing ( Huangdi's Inner Classic of Medicine ). The author also calls for the standardization of the TCM classic titles in order to enhance the Chinese cultural capital management level and its future profits.
