目的:介绍信息技术在医院中药管理中的创新应用情况,总结信息化给医院中药管理带来的成效和价值。方法:从电子处方、中药代煎的信息化管理以及中药发药的数字化管理应用情况入手,分析各种信息化管理手段给医院中药管理水平带来的提升。结果:电子处方规范了中药处方的管理,短信提醒方便了代煎中药患者,电子屏幕显示和语音播报改善了发药窗口的环境。结论:信息技术在中药管理中的应用方便了患者和医院工作人员,提升了医院中药管理的水平,提高了医院医疗服务质量。

Objective ： To introduce the application of information technology to manage traditional Chinese medicine of hospital, summarized the effect and value of improving the managerment level of Chinese traditional medicine of hospital by using information technology. Methods ： Introdece the electron prescription, the management of herbal medicine been decocted in hospital and dispensed medicine by information technology, analyzed the advance in management by information technology. Results ： Electron prescription make prescription of traditional Chinese medicine standard. Remind with short message conveniences patients to take his medicine. The application of using display with big screen and broadcast by compose voice offered better environment to patients to wait for taking his medicine. Conclusions ： The application of digitized management of traditional Chinese medicine conveniences patients and workers of hospital, improved the management level of traditional Chinese medicine of hospital, and enchanded quality of medical service.
