关于高脂血症大鼠模型及模型后持续时间的研究

Researching Hyperlipidemia Model of Rats and the Duration

目的:研究高脂血症大鼠模型后血脂水平的持续时间。方法:用高营养乳剂喂养成年大鼠2周,观察大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)与胆固醇(TC)水平的变化。结果:造模第30天,模型组血清TG和TC水平明显高于空白组(P<0.01),造模后第10天模型组与空白组比较,TC有差异(P<0.05),TG值无差异。结论:高营养乳剂可诱发成年大鼠产生高脂血症,同时模型后可持续10天。

Objective：Research hyperlipidemia model of rats after the duration of lipid levels.Methods：Tall nutrition emulsions fed adult rats two weeks,observe serum triglyceride（TG）and cholesterol（TC）level changes.Result：Build mode first 30d,model group serum TG and TC level obviously higher than blank group（P〈0.01）,Hyperlipidemia mode after 10 days,TC have difference（P〈0.01）,TG no difference.Conclusion：Tall nutrition emulsion can make adult rats hyperlipidemia,and the model of sustainable is 10 days
