摘要
本文针对北京电网集控站现有运行模式,提出北京电网集控型防误系统建设方案,对集控型防误系统建设需求作了详细分析,提出了北京电网集控型防误系统所需特点,重点讨论了集控站防误系统建设方案中的组网模式、五防操作模式以及防误系统功能的设计方案,为保证北京电网电力设备的安全稳定运行提供了思路。
According to the existing operation mode in centralized control station in Beijing power grid,the construction of centralized control defence system is proposed in the paper.The requiement of the constrution of centralized control defence system is analized in detail in the paper.The requiement of the characteristic of defence system is presented in the paper.Then,the programe design of the network model,the five-defence operation model,the function of the defense system are discussed in the paper.The construction programe of the centralized control defence systems provids an method of the safty and stability operation of Beijing power grid.
