摘要
应用超临界CO2萃取技术,研究了楮实子油的提取工艺,通过正交试验着重探讨了萃取温度、压强和时间对楮实子油萃取率的影响,得出最佳萃取工艺条件:萃取温度40℃、压强30MPa、萃取时间2h。用气相色谱(GC)对其进行成分分析,得知楮实子油中含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸,含量达88.16%,油中主要成分是亚油酸,含量达到81.53%。
Supercritical CO2 extraction of Broussonetia papynfera oil was studied. The effects of extraction temperature, pressure and time on oil yield were investigated by orthogonal test. The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: extraction temperature 40℃, pressure 30 Mpa and extraction time 2h. The composition of Broussonetia papytifera oil was analyzed by gas chromatography(GC). It was showed that Broussonetia pa- pydfera oil contained plenty of unsaturated fatty acids, whose content reached 88.16%. The main component was linoleic acid with a content of 81.53 %.
