超滤膜法稳定雪莲养生葡萄酒前后14种金属元素的测定

Determination of 14 metal elements before and after the ultra-filtration of snow lotus wine

为了测定经膜法处理前后雪莲养生葡萄酒中14种金属元素的含量,采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,用ICP-AES法进行测定。结果表明:经稳定性处理后,酒中Fe、Cu的含量变化较大,其他金属元素的含量变化不明显;雪莲养生葡萄酒中K的含量最高,具有较高含量的Zn、Se。

The contents of 14 kinds of metal elements in the snow lotus wine before and after ultra-filtration were determined by ICP-AES after pre-treated by microwave digestion. The results showed that iron and brass content were greatly changed after the stability treatment, and the contents of other metal elements had little changes. The content of K was highest and the concentrations of Zn and Se were relatively high.
