摘要 脂氧素(LX)是花生四烯酸的一类脂氧化酶产物,在多个器官的缺血/再灌注损伤中起着必不可少的作用。LX对多种炎性细胞的功能和多种炎症相关基因的表达有广泛的调节作用,能抑制中性粒细胞活化、聚集,抑制促炎因子的表达,促进炎性反应的及时消退,抑制缺血性损伤向炎症性损伤的转变,减轻脑、心脏、肾脏、胃、肠、肺等器官的缺血/再灌注损伤,LX类似物及LX受体激动剂等也可起到降低器官缺血/再灌注损伤的作用。 Lipoxins(LX)are a class of lipoxygenase(LO)product of arachidonic acid.Recent studies have demonstrated that LX play an important role in ischemia reperfusion injury of multiple organs.Lipoxins possess a wide spectrum of adjustment function for various inflammatory cells functioning and the expression of inflammation related genes,including inhibition of the activation and aggregation of neutrophils,repression of proinflammatory factors expression such as tumor necrosis factor α and interleukin 1β,promotion of inflammatory resolution,inhibition of transform from ischemia injury to inflammation injury,lessening ischemia reperfusion injury in brain,heart,kidney,stomach,intestine and lung,etc..LX analogues and LX receptor agonists also repress ischemia reperfusion injury.
