药物性缺血后处理及远程缺血后处理心肌保护作用的研究进展及临床应用

The Progress in Study and Applications of Myocardial Protection by Pharmacological Ischemia Postconditioning and Remote Ischemia Postconditioning

近年来,关于缺血后处理心肌保护作用的研究不断深入,发展了药物性缺血后处理和远程缺血后处理的概念。药物性缺血后处理和远程缺血后处理均有明确的心肌保护效应,在防治心肌缺血/再灌注损伤过程中具有重要的作用和应用价值。而两者联合应用的心肌保护效应尚不十分明确。现回顾近年来国内外有关药物性缺血后处理和远程缺血后处理心肌保护的研究进展和应用。

There has been a great number of studies on myocardial protection effect of ischemic postconditioning in recent years.The most practical achievements were introduction of the concept of pharmacological ischemia postconditioning and remote ischemia postconditioning.Both methods have been proved to be effective which play important roles and are of application value in the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury,while the protection effect of the combination use of both is still to be determined.Here is to review the progress in study and applications of pharmacological ischemia postconditioning and remote ischemia postconditioning.
