窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病的临床应用

银屑病是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,发病率高,临床上治疗方法繁多,但至今尚无根治的方法。窄谱中波紫外线对银屑病的治疗效果较满意,尤其与其他药物或物理疗法合用,不但提高疗效,而且还降低不良反应。加上其克服了传统长波紫外线对皮肤的致癌倾向,并可应用于面部等易感部位和儿童、孕妇等,从而广泛应用于银屑病的治疗。现对近几年国内外窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病的临床应用予以阐述。

Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease with a high incidence.Though there are many existing clinical treatments,there is no cure therapy so far.In recent years,it is found that narrow band UVB treatment for psoriasis is satisfactory,especially when in combination use with other drugs or physical therapies,not only improving the efficacy,but also reducing the adverse reaction.Besides,it overcomes the skin carcinogenic tendency of traditional long-waves UV,and can be applied to vulnerable parts such as face and population including children and pregnant women,which are widely used in the treatment of psoriasis.Therefore,here is to elaborate the clinical application of narrow-band UVB treatment for psoriasis at home and abroad in recent years.
