摘要
医学上使用义眼台植入眼眶,在义眼台上面安装义眼以矫治外形来恢复眶内容积和义眼运动,虽然植入物不断更新,手术方法不断改进,但仍有植入物被排出、义眼运动不理想,义眼台植入术后并发症较多见。近年来引起医学界高度重视,研制出生物活性材料,并对生物活性材料进行实验与临床应用,材料具有优异的生物相容性和一定的生物活性,临床应用效果良好。国内外专家设计了多种手术方式,以提高手术疗效,减少术中、术后并发症。
Orbitals are used for implanting artificial eyes in clinical practice to correct the shape and restore orbital volume and artificial eye movement.Though the implants have been in continuous development and the surgery methods have been improving,implants discharge and unideal falsed eye movement,implants complications are still often seen,which has awaken much attention in the medical field to develop bioactive materials and apply in research and clinical practices.The materials have outstanding biocompatibility and a certain bioactivity with good clinical application effect.Domestic and oversea experts have designed multiple surgery ways to improve the effect and reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications.
