三磷酸胞苷二钠联合高压氧治疗老年期痴呆临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Cytidine Disodium Triphosphate Combined with the Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of the Elderly Dementia

目的探讨三磷酸胞苷二钠和高压氧联合治疗老年期痴呆的临床疗效。方法将57例老年期痴呆患者随机分为三磷酸胞苷二钠组、高压氧组、联合治疗组,比较治疗前后各组患者的简明精神状态量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果治疗后三磷酸胞苷二钠组、高压氧组、联合治疗组MMSE和ADL评分均有显著改善(P<0.05);联合治疗组疗效优于三磷酸胞苷二钠和高压氧组。结论三磷酸胞苷二钠联合高压氧可明显改善老年期痴呆患者的临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the elderly dementia treated with the combination of cytidine disodium triphosphate and the hyperbaric oxygen.Methods 57 cases of the elder dementia were randomly divided into three groups：the cytidine disodium triphosphate group,the hyperbaric oxygen group,and the combined treatment group.The MMSE and ADL scores were measured before and after treatment.Results Scores of MMSE and ADL had improved in three groups after the treatment（P0.05）;The effect of combined treatment group was better than that of the group of cytidine disodium triphosphate and hyperbaric oxygen.Conclusion Cytidine disodium triphosphate combined with hyperbaric oxygen can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with senile dementia.
