摘要
目的探讨影响住院接受化疗癌症患者的生存质量的因素,以寻求改善癌症患者生存质量的有效方法。方法采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织(EORTC)生存质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)及卡氏功能量表,于治疗前、中、后进行问卷调查,探讨120例经病理证实接受化疗的癌症患者生存质量的影响因素。结果患者的生存质量在治疗中最差,治疗后生存质量相对较高;疾病的临床分期和医疗费用为影响癌症患者生存质量的主要因素。结论减轻癌症患者化疗不良反应,促进其心理健康,鼓励癌症患者寻求和接受家庭与社会的支持,有利于提高癌症患者的生存质量。
Objective To study the influencing factors of quality of life（QOL） in hospitalized cancer patients treated by chemotherapy to improve the life of cancer patients.Methods Quality of life questionnaires（QLQ-C30） and Karnofsky performance status（KPS） from European Organzation for Research and Treatment of Cancer（EORTC） were used as main indicators of QOL in 120 cancer patients before,during and after chemotherapy,and prognosis and the forward survival condition were forecasted.Results The sum scores of QLQ and KPS were lowest when patients were receiving treatment in the course of therapy,and better after the treatment.It shows disease clinical stage and medical cost were primary factors for cancer patients survivals.Conclusion To give cancer patients more supports and concerns,including encouragements from the relatives and friends,colleagues and society,is helpful for the patients to improve their life quality.
