摘要
目的:探讨花生壳提取液对亚急性衰老模型小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法:将30只小鼠随机分成3组:青年对照组进行正常饲养;模型组给予皮下注射D-半乳糖及生理盐水灌胃;花生壳提取液组给予皮下注射D-半乳糖及花生壳提取液(0.15ml/10g)灌胃;8周后测定血清、肝组织及脑组织中SOD和MDA水平,并计算脾脏指数和胸腺指数。结果:与青年对照组相比,模型组血清、肝组织及脑组织中SOD活性降低(P<0.01),MDA含量明显升高(P<0.01),胸腺指数和脾脏指数显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组相比,花生壳提取液组血清、肝组织及脑组织中SOD的含量升高(P<0.01);MDA含量降低(P<0.01);胸腺指数和脾脏指数也显著增大(P<0.01)。结论:花生壳提取液具有较好的抗衰老作用。
Objective:To investigate the anti-aging activity of the peanut shell extracts in aged mice.Methods:Thirty model mice were divided into 3 groups,namely,the aging model group,the peanut shell extracts group(0.15ml/10g)and young control group.The peanut shell extracts were given intragastrically and D-galactose was given by hypodermic injection on a daily basis for 8 weeks.The organ indices of the thymus and spleen of mice were observed;The levels of superoxidedismutase(SOD),and malonaldehyde(MDA)in the serum,liver and brain were determined.Results:Compared with the young control group,The serum,liver and brain SOD levels significantly decreased in the aging model group(P0.01);the MDA level significantly increased in the aging model group(P0.01).The organ index of the pancreas and spleen also decrease.Compared with the aging model group,The serum,liver and brain SOD levels significantly increased in the peanut shell extracts group(P0.01);the MDA level significantly decreased in the peanut shell extracts group(P0.01).The organ index of the pancreas and spleen increase.Conclusion:The peanut shell extracts pose well anti-aging activity.
