摘要
目的:观察VIP在慢性便秘大鼠结肠肌间神经丛中的表达情况,探讨VIP在其发病中作用。方法:复方地芬诺酯建立慢性便秘大鼠模型,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测正常对照组和模型组的表达情况,应用彩色病理图像分析系统对阳性表达的平均光密度值(MD)进行半定量比较分析。结果:发现正常对照组和慢传输型便秘模型组大鼠的结肠肌间神经丛内均有VIP表达;检测两组中免疫组织化学VIP阳性表达平均吸收光密度值,发现模型组MD值高于正常对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管活性肠肽的分布异常可能与慢性便秘的发病相关。
Objective:To observe the expression of VIP of neural cells in colon tissues in the chronic constipation model rats,and investigate the roles of VIP in the etiology of chronic constipation.Methods:The chronic constipation models were established by irrigating the rat's stomach with Diphenoxylate.To compare VIP expression by the immunohistochemistry staining in colon tissues.The staining results were analyzed Semiquantativeky by computerized color image analyzer using the following parameters:mean density(MD).Results:Many VIP stained cells were found in colon tissues in control group and model group.The MD values of VIP were higher in the model control group than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The pathogenesis of chronic constipation may be correlated to the abnormal distribution of VIP.
