妊娠期糖尿病的胎儿心电图改变特点及临床意义

Fetal Gestational Diabetes and Clinical Significance of ECG Change

目的:通过回顾性分析我院200例妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)胎儿心电图改变特点,探讨GDM患者胎儿心电图(FECG)改变特点及临床意义。方法:对200例GDM(GDM组)与200例健康孕妇(健康组)胎儿心电图进行回顾性对比分析。结果:GDM组检测出异常FECG112例(56%),对照组38例(19%),异常检出率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:GDM对胎儿心脏有明显影响,异常心电图检出率高,特点是以胎儿心律不齐、FQRS增宽、FQRS高电压最为常见。因此对于GDM孕妇应加强胎儿心电监测。

Objective：A retrospective analysis of our hospital 200 cases of gestational diabetes（GDM）fetal ECG changes characteristic of gestational diabetes（GDM）fetal ECG changes and clinical significance.Methods：GDM group of 200 cases and 200 cases of fetal electrocardiogram healthy pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed.Results：GDM detection of abnormal fetal ECG group 112 cases（56%）in the control group,38 patients（19%）,abnormal detection rate was significantly higher than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：GDM has a significant effect on the fetal heart,abnormal electrocardiogram detection rate,characterized by the most common fetal arrhythmia,followed by FQRS widened,FQRS high voltage.Therefore,pregnant women for GDM fetal ECG monitoring should be strengthened.
