摘要
目的:分析比较X线平片及DR对新生儿肺透明膜病的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月-2011年3月我院收治的确诊为肺透明膜病的新生儿84例,对比分析其X线平片及DR影像质量。结果:DR影像质量优于X线平片(P<0.05)。结论:DR对新生儿肺透明膜病诊断效果优于X线平片,应建议在临床推广使用。
Objective：Analyze the X-ray and DR on hyaline membrane disease diagnosis value.Methods：Retrospective analysis of January 2008 to March 2011 the hospital were diagnosed as hyaline membrane disease of the newborn in 84 cases,comparative analysis of the X-ray and DR image quality.Results：DR image quality was superior to X-ray（P0.05）.Conclusion：DR on hyaline membrane disease diagnosis effect was better than X-ray,should be recommended in clinical use.
