子宫颈妊娠7例的临床分析

Clinical analysis on seven cases of cervical pregnancy

目的探讨子宫颈妊娠的治疗方案。方法对中心1998-01～2011-01收治的7例早期诊断明确的子宫颈妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 7例子宫颈妊娠患者中4例行宫颈搔刮合并用甲氨喋呤(MTX)+米非司酮治疗,3例B超引导下行宫颈妊娠胚胎减灭术,经治疗后均取得较满意效果。结论子宫颈妊娠早期诊断明确并选择适宜的治疗方法,效果较好。

Objective To explore the treatment schemes of cervical pregnancy. Methods Seven cases of cervical pregnancy were retrospeefly analyzed which were treated in our centre for the last ten years. Results In all of 7 cases of cervical pregnancy, 4 cases were treated with cervix scratching, MTX and Mifepristone. 3 cases were exterminated the embryo under B ultrasound guidance. The therapeutic effects in 7 cases were satisfacty. Conclusion Early diagnosing and selecting propriety methods to treat the cervical pregnancy can obtain the good outcomes.
