Intermediate trophoblast can develope into exaggerated placental site with the implantation site intermediate trophohlast, while it will develope into placental site noduleplaque with the chorionic type intermediate trophoblast. It is a group of rare disease of gestational trophoblastic disease. In order to avoid the clinical missed diagnosis and misdiagnose, we will make a brief review about the distinguishing feature and prognosis of benign intermediate trophoblast disease.
