With the aid of more than thirty years＇ clinical experiences of authors, it expound the significance of hysteroscopy and laparoseopy in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gestational trophoblastic disease/neoplasm basing on their appearances. They play a role in the therapy and follow-up of gestational trophoblastic disease/neoplasm by local excision and monitoring the changes after therapy, too. It objectively elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of hysteroseopy and laparoscopy in the diagnosis and therapy of gestational trophoblastie disease/neoplasm.
