推进河南现代农业发展实现的模式创新问题研究

Study on Pattern Innovation Problems of Pushing the Development of Modern Agriculture in Henan Province

为了推进河南及全国更大范围的现代农业发展,为模式创新提供实践决策的参考依据,笔者通过典型调查分析,针对制约河南现代农业发展的主客观因素及原因,提出应根据省内农业区域环境特点,以县(市)为主选择和创新现代农业发展模式;运用市场化手段,培养和引进人才、造就现代农民,坚持农业科技创新、合作经营、产业服务社会化等途径;抓好生产力、生产关系以及政策、服务等多层面的改革创新工作。笔者认为,发展现代农业,科技是关键,人才是核心,农民是主体,规模化经营是有效途径,增效增收是根本。

In order to promote the development of modern agriculture in Henan Province and the whole country,and provide reference for the practical decision-making to the model innovation,by means of investigation and analysis on the subjective and objective factors and reasons of modern agriculture development of Henan Province,on the basis of regional environment and so on other characteristic features,the author put forward the opinion that we should choose and innovate modern agricultural rely mainly on county （city）,and applying market measures to cultivate and bring in talents,training modern farmers,and insist on such ways as agriculture science and technology innovation,cooperative business operation and industry service socialization to make great efforts to innovation work in productivity,production relations,policies and service.In addition,the author thought that to develop modern agriculture,technology was the key,talent was the kernel,famer was the main part,scale management was the effective method,beneficiate and increase income was the base.
