摘要 介绍了二氟尼柳的特点,评述了经Gomberg-Bachmann偶联、傅克酰化、Baeyer-Villiger氧化、水解、羧化或酯直接羧化,及Suzuki偶联法合成二氟尼柳的方法,叙述了二氟尼柳中间体的合成方法,介绍了二氟尼柳的衍生物及其合成方法。对二氟尼柳的工艺和衍生物的开发提出了建议与展望,认为今后的研究应进一步降低二氟尼柳的生产成本,加强对二氟尼柳衍生物的研究。 This paper first introduces diflunisal briefly,then reviews the methods of diflunisal: Gomberg-Bachmann coupling,Friedel-Crafts acylation,Baeyer-Villiger oxidation,hydrolysis,carboxylation,or direct carboxylation of the intermediate ester,and Suzuki coupling.Then it summarizes synthetic methods of diflunisal intermediates,and introduces diflunisal derivatives and their preparations.Finally,suggestions and anticipations are made for the production process of diflunisal and future development of its derivatives.
