膳食纤维是一种国际上公认的功能性食品的基料,被称为人体第7营养素。随着经济的发展和人民物质生活水平的提高,膳食纤维饮料已成为功能性食品的长期发展方向。就雪莲果膳食纤维饮料的生产工艺进行了研究。
Dietary fiber,called as No.7 Nutrient for the human body,is an internationally recognized base for functional food.With the development of the economy and the improvement of the people's living standards,dietary-fiber beverages have come to conform to the long-term development direction of functional food.The processing technologies of dietary-fiber beverages of yacon were studied.
