摘要
应用尾气吹扫法变压吸附技术净化醋酸生产用水煤浆气化炉气源,分析了装置运行中气源(环境)温度、再生吹扫气量、接收原料气组分对系统收率及分离效果的影响。结果表明,在保证小于50℃的情况下,气源温度适当的提高有利于提高系统有效气的收率;在吹扫阶段700~900 m3(标准状态)的吹扫气体体积流量为合适;气源有效气组分含量越高收率越高。
Using end gas purge method pressure swing adsorption technology to purify the source gas which produced from coal slurry gasifier used in ethylic acid production.And analyzed the effect of source gas temperature,regeneration air flow,feed gas absorbing component on system absorb rate and separating effect.The result shows that when the temperature below than 50 ℃,the higher of the source gas temperature,the better the absorbing rate is.And the best gas flow is under the standard purging situation of 700~900 m3.Effective gas component content of source gas is proportionate to the yield.
