护理服务质量调查时机的对比研究

Comparative study for the timing of different nursing services investigation

目的了解不同调查时机进行护理服务质量调查的差异,为提高护理调查水平提供依据。方法采用自制调查表,对80例病人分别于住院期间和出院后进行护理服务质量调查。结果病人对护理服务态度和就医软环境(护士仪表举止)的评价两次调查的差异有显著意义(P<0.05),对护理技术水平和病房环境的评价两次调查结果一致。结论对护理服务态度等主观评价项目的调查在出院后进行更准确,对于采用何种调查时间、调查方式应根据实际情况和调查目的决定。

Objective To study the difference of nursing service quality by different survey time, and to provide basin for improving nursing surveying quality Method The nursing service quality was surveyed before and after hos- pitalization among 80 patients by self-designed questionnaire. Result There was significant difference between two in- vestigations about the nursing service attitude and treatment soft environment （P〈0.05）, and there was the same results about nursing skills and ward environment. Conclusion There are more accurate result out of hospital than in hospital about the subjective evaluation issues,such as subjective evaluation. The investigation timing, method of in- vestigation should be based on the actual situation and the objectives of the survey decision.
