摘要
阐述了科技情报科研档案开发利用的意义、特点,就近10年国家自然和社科基金资助的涉及档案开发利用研究项目及国家科技计划管理办法研究进行分析,得出结论:科技情报系统科研档案开发利用研究基础薄弱、科研档案开发利用现状令人堪忧;针对科技情报科研档案开发利用法规体系、国家科技计划项目管理及共享交流平台等方面提出了积极的建议。
