江苏省产学研合作政策体系现状及政策创新研究

Analysis on Present Situation of the Policy System of Industry-university-research Institute Cooperation of Jiangsu Province and its Policy Innovation

产学研合作是建立创新型国家的重要途径。江苏省产学研合作在全国居于前列,产学研政策体系已构建起来,但还存在不能完全适应产学研合作发展需要的问题,需从组织模式创新、产学研合作服务体系建设创新、财税金融支持创新和人力政策创新等方面完善政策体系建设,更好地促进江苏省产学研合作。本研究对经济发达省份产学研合作政策完善也有借鉴意义。

Industry - university - research institute cooperation is one of important ways to establish an innovative society. Industry - university - research institute cooperation in Jiangsu has come out at the top in China and the policy system has already set up, but there still exists the problem in the policy system which can not adapt to the development needs of industry - university - research institute cooperation. It needs innovation in the organization, patterns, services system, taxation and financial support and manpower policy etc. to promote Jiangsu industry - university - research institute cooperation in Jiangsu. This research can also be used for reference to perfect industry - university - research institute cooperation policy on economic developed provinces.
