关于我国产业转移中经济风险评估研究:以江苏为例

Studies on the Economic-risk Assessment of China's Industrial Transferring——Case Study of Jiangsu Province

在加快我国产业结构调整,促进区域经济协调发展的过程中,在我国产业转移被寄予厚望的同时,我们还须清醒地认识到其中经济风险的潜藏与现实存在。对经济风险的全面评估,须从经济和社会两方面分别考察产业转移中的经济福利风险和社会福利风险,然后根据不同经济发展阶段的要求赋予相应的权数,科学评估我国产业转移中经济风险水平。实证分析了江苏省13个地级市在产业转移中现实的经济风险状态,并提出相应政策建议,以期为江苏省制定和实施产业政策、实现风险管理提供有益思路与方法。

Great hope is placed on China＇ s industrial transferring in speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure, and promoting the coordinated development of regional economy. Meanwhile, We must clearly understand that all kinds of economic risks which are potential or really existence. A comprehensive assessment of economic risk should be investigated from the economic development and social need, that is, economic well - being risks and social well - being risk. Then according to the requirements of the different stages of economic development, we give the corresponding weights to make the scientific assessment of the economic risk of industry transferring. An empirical analysis is concerned on real economic risk in the industrial transferring in 13 prefecture -level cities of Jiangsu province, and some policy recommendations are put forward to Jiangsu province to develop and implement industrial policies to achieve good risk management ideas and methods.
