国外技术性贸易措施对浙江出口的影响与对策研究

Influence and Countermeasures of Foreign Technical Barriers to Export Trade of Zhejiang

近年来,浙江出口贸易受国际技术性贸易措施的影响呈较快增长。2005～2009年间,全省年均有36.9%的出口企业不同程度地受其影响,年均出口贸易直接损失额高达25.76亿美元,占年平均贸易出口总额的2.2%。在重点分析了浙江机电和纺织服装等大宗优势出口产业遭受技术性贸易措施的影响的基础上,建议相关部门加强研究、建立应对示范区,加快重点产业转型升级等,提升浙江应对技术性贸易措施的能力。

In recent years, Zhejiang has experienced more and more technical barriers on export trade. During 2005 - 2009, 36. 9 percent annual year of the export enterprises has different affected, with an annual direct export trade loss 25. 76 billion US dollars, up to an average annual trade exports value 2. 2%. The paper analyzed the technical barriers to trade on export of Zhejiang mechanical and electrical, textile clothing and other large sums of advantage industries. It suggested that some relevant departments should strengthen the research, establish the demonstration zone, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of key industries, to lift Zhejiang to cope with ability of technical barriers to trade.
