摘要
通过对浙江省农业科学院2004年至2009年人才引进数量和现状的调查,以及对引进博士人员中的75名人员入院后工作业绩的统计,分析了农业科研单位人才引进过程中存在的人才引进、人才使用和培养等问题,提出了建立与农业科研单位学科建设和科研团队建设相联系的人才引进机制,以及以团队考评为基础的人才评价政策,为促进农业科研单位更有成效地进行人才引进工作,促进人才更好更快地发展提供一定的参考。
Through the survey of current situation of talents recruitment in Zhejiang academy of agricultural sciences from 2004 to 2009, and the statistics data in research achievements of 75 PhD talents after recruitment, we analyzes the problem of talents recruitment, talents mechanism and personal training in agricultural research institutions. Based on the analyses, we suggest that talents recruitment work should be closely related with the discipline construction and the research innovation team building, and the talents performance evaluation should be based on the team evaluation. These thinking and suggestions would be a good reference to make the talents recruitment work more effective, and help the talents grow in a better way.
