论人文科学科研管理中的务实性

科研管理是一门科学,它的科学性不仅在于对高科技的运用,更在于以科学地发展观来管理科研。然而现今在人文科学的科研管理上不仅表现出以自然科学的评价标准来衡量人文科学的普遍现象,而且因此还滋生出浮躁、急功近利、不务实的做法,这不但无益于人文科学的科研,还成为学术腐败的促动力,从而有害于人文科学的科研和发展,这种做法无疑是一种非科学性的管理。而另一方面,人文科学科研的特质则要求人文科学的科研管理必须务实,一切从实际出发。因此,人文科学的科研管理必须尊重学科差别、尊重人文科学科研特质,要强化其务实性。

Research and development management is a kind of science, and its scientificalness lies in not only using the high -tech products, but also carrying out the scientific outlook on development. In fact today there is the phenomenon of managing the humane studies with criterion of natural science, and some bad behaviors has happened, such as impatience, eager for success and instant benefits and dealing with unconcrete issues, which actually are not benefit for the research of humane studies, and contribution to academic corruption, and all of these aren＇ t scientific. On the other hand the character of humane studies demands that management must be practical and result - oriented. So the management of humane studies has to respect the difference of subject and the features of humane studies.
