摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用技术测定了海洋产品中的无机砷。动物性和植物性海洋产品试样经过10%H3PO4溶液(V/V)提取,阴离子交换色谱分离,ICP-MS测定其中As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的含量。实验结果表明As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的检出限分别为5.0和8.0μg/kg,线性范围为5~100μg/L,相关系数均大于0.9994,加标回收率为81.8%~107.6%,相对标准偏差小于6.7%(n=6)。对选取的海洋产品测定结果显示,无机砷的含量均未超出国家卫生标准限量。
A high performance liquid chromatography and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometric method was established for the determination of inorganic arsenic,including As(Ⅲ) and As(Ⅴ).The animal and vegetative samples were pretreated by phosphoric acid with the concentration of 10%(V/V),and inorganic arsenic was separated by anion exchange high performance chromatography and detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results showed that the linear ranges for As(Ⅲ)and As(Ⅴ)were all between 5 and 100 μg/L with correlation coefficients more than 0.9994,and the detection limits were 5.0 and 8.0 μg/kg respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSDs) were less than 6.7% and the recoveries were between 81.8% and 107.6%.The results indicated that inorganic arsenic in marine products did not exceed national permission limits.
