摘要
在酸性条件下,利用间苯二酚能抑制罗丹明B和溴酸根反应速率的原理,联用顺序注射技术建立了非平衡态快速测定痕量间苯二酚的新方法。优化了顺序注射流路参数、试剂用量,考察了共存物的影响。在最佳条件下,该法测定间苯二酚的线性范围为0.20~3.00μg/mL,检出限为0.09μg/mL,每小时可测定40个样。
A new method for the determination of trace resorcinol is proposed.It is based on the inhibitory effect of resorcinol on the reaction rate between KBrO3 and Rhodamine B in acidic solution coupling with sequential injection sampling technology.Different sequential injection analysis(SIS) parameters including reagent concentrations have been optimized and the effect of coexisting species was investigated.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the linear range for resorcinol is 0.20~3.00 μg/mL,and the detection limit is 0.09 μg/mL.Up to 40 samples can be analyzed per hour.The method has been applied to the determination of resorcinol in synthetic samples and environmental water samples.The results are satisfying.
