摘要
建立了饮料等包装材料中双酚A的高效毛细管电泳-紫外检测法。以无水乙醇为提取溶剂,采用硼砂-十二烷基硫酸钠-乙腈溶液为运行缓冲液(pH 9.5);分离毛细管为50cm×50μm,有效长度41cm的熔融石英毛细管;电泳温度为20℃;检测波长为195 nm;重力进样,进样时间为15s。以相对迁移时间定性,标准曲线法定量。方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.34μg/mL,样品最低检出含量为0.034μg/g。标准品峰面积和迁移时间的相对标准偏差分别为2.8%和5.2%。样品峰面积和迁移时间的相对标准偏差分别为3.7%和5.9%,样品加标回收率为82.8%~98.0%。采用本法对市售饮料、牛奶、食品等包装瓶(袋)等16个样品进行了检测,均已检出双酚A,含量范围为0.035~0.95μg/g。
To establish a method for the determination of bisphenol A in beverage packing materials by micellar capillary electrophoresis-UV detection.The samples were soaked in absolute alcohol and the running buffer consisted of borax,sodium lauryl sulfate and acetonitrile(pH9.5).Separation capillary was 50cm × 50μm with the effective length of 41cm and the electrophoresis temperature was 20℃;the detection wavelength was 195 nm and the gravitation sampling time was 15s.The relative migration time was used for qualitation and the standard curve for quantification.The detection limit of the method was 0.34μg/mL and the minimum detection content in samples was 0.034μg/g.The RSDs of peak areas and the relative migration time for standard were 2.8% and 5.2%,respectively,while for sample were 3.7% and 5.9%,respectively.The spiked recoveries were 82.8%~98.0%.The method has been used for the determination of BPA in 16 packaging material samples including beverage bottles,cow milk boxes and food plastics bags and the like and all the samples have been detected with the contents ranging from 0.035μg/g to 0.95μg/g.
