氟吡菌胺原药的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]有关氟吡菌胺的液相色谱分析,目前尚未见公开报道。建立了氟吡菌胺的液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C18反相柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇和水溶液(体积比75∶25)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,在265 nm波长下,对氟吡菌胺进行定量测定。[结果]氟吡菌胺标准偏差为0.232,变异系数为0.24%,平均回收率为99.4%,线性关系为0.999 6。[结论]方法具有简便、快速、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,是较理想的分析方法。 [Aims] Up to now the HPLC analysis method of fluopicolide has not been reported, the HPLC analysis method of fluopieolide was developped. [Methods] The fluopieolide was tested by HPLC with C18 column at UV 265 nm, and the mobile phase as methanol and water solution(75:25, by vol) with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. [Results] The results showed that the standard deviations of fluopicolide was 0.232, the coefficients of variation was 0.24%, the recovery ratios was 99.4%, the linear correlations was 0.999 6. [Conclusions] The method with the advantages of convenience, fast speed, high precision and accuracy, and good linear correlations, was an ideal analysis method.
