丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠注射液不良反应文献分析

Literature Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Sodium Tanshinone Ⅱ_A Sulfonate Injection

目的:探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液所致不良反应(ADR)的一般规律及特点,以为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1994-2010年中国期刊全文数据库和中华医学会全文数据库收录的40例丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液的ADR的报道,并进行统计学分析。结果:丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液所致ADR在高年龄组发生率较高;ADR累及机体多个系统,临床表现复杂多样,主要表现为皮肤及其附件损害、全身性反应,严重者可出现过敏性休克。结论:丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液的ADR应引起临床高度重视,以减少或杜绝其重复发生。

OBJECTIVE： To study the general regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate injection, and to provide reference for rational drug use. METHODS： 40 Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate injection-induced ADR case reports collected from Chinese Periodical Full-text Database and Chinese Medical Association Full-text Database during 1994-2010 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： ADR induced by Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate injection often occurred in aged group. Multiple organs and systems were involved in ADR, and clinical manifestations were various, mainly lesion of skin and its appendants, and systemic reactions. Severe allergic reactions could result in anaphylactic shock. CONCLUSION： More attention should be paid to the ADR induced by Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate injection to reduce and avoid the reoccurrence of ADR.
