我院89例中药注射剂不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 89 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Induced by TCM Injection

目的:了解我院中药注射剂不良反应发生的特点。方法:对我院2006年1月-2010年1月中药注射剂不良反应报告89例作统计分析。结果:涉及有不良反应药物13种,主要反应以皮肤及其附件损害最常见,以过敏性休克最严重。结论:慎用中药注射剂,加强对中药注射剂临床使用监管。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reaction （ADR） of TCM injection and its security. METHODS： 89 cases of TCM injection-induced ADR reported in our hospital during Jan. 2006-Jan. 2010 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： 13 kinds of drug were involved. Main manifestation was lesion of skin and its appendants. What was heaviest was the allergic shock. CONCLUSION： We should use TCM infection cautiously, and strengthen the supervision of TCM injection use.
