怀地黄花药培养与再生植株体系的建立

Anther cultivation of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch and establishment of its plantlet regeneration system

以怀地黄花药为外植体,通过器官发生途径建立怀地黄再生植株体系.结果表明,在4℃条件下预处理3 d有利于愈伤组织的诱导;愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为2.0 mg·L-1MS+2,4-D+0.5 mg·L-16-BA+2.0 mg·L-1KT;愈伤组织分化不定芽的最佳培养基为10 mg·L-1MS+IAA+10 mg·L-16-BA.

Taking anthers from Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch as expants,the plantlet regeneration system has been established through organgenesis.The results showed that pretreatment of anther（treated at 4 ℃ for 3 d） has a positive effect on callus induction the optimum medium components for callus induction were found to be 20 mg·L-1MS＋2,4-D＋10 mg·L-16-BA＋0.5 mg·L-1KT,and for callus differentiation was 10 mg·L-1MS＋IAA＋10 mg·L-16-BA.
