农村劳动力人均受教育年限与农民收入关系研究——基于江西省数据的实证分析

Study on the Relationship between Peasants’ Average Schooling Time and Their Income——Based on the Empirical Study of Jiangxi Province

以江西省为例进行实证分析发现,农民收入的高低与其受教育年限明显相关,即其受教育年限越高收入越高;农民受教育年限对其收入结构也具有明显影响。为此,农村地区要通过积极发展中等职业教育及对农民开展各种培训等形式提高农村后备劳动力的受教育年限,提升其人力资本进而提高收入水平。

Empirical analysis on the case of Jiangxi showed that,the income of peasants has marked correlation with their schooling time,namely,the longer the schooling time,the higher the income;the schooling time of peasants also has obvious impacts on their income structure.Therefore,rural area should try to increase the schooling time of labour force to enhance their human capital and income level.
