基于建筑工程技术专业人才培养目标,将其专业人才培养方案与施工过程对接,构建"标准引领、施工导向、工学结合"的"2+1或2.5+0.5"人才培养模式,在此基础上对课程体系进行拆分整合,并与施工过程融合,建立以职业素质平台、专业岗位能力平台、专业综合技能平台、职业素质拓展平台为基础的"技能层进、课证合一"的课程体系,同时建立实践教学体系,在人才培养全程渗透工学结合教学思想。

Based on the talent cultivation objectives of construction engineering technology specialty,linking its specialty talent cultivation plan with the construction process,building the ＂standard-guided,construction-oriented and working-learning combination＂ ＂2＋1 or 2.5＋0.5＂ talent cultivation model,splitting and integrating the curriculum system on the basis and integrating it with the construction process,then to build the ＂skills advanced level by level and integration of curriculum with certificates＂ curriculum system based on the professional quality platform,specialty post abilities platform,specialty comprehensive skills platform,professional quality extension platform;meanwhile,building the practice teaching system to penetrate the working and learning combination teaching thought thoroughly.
