摘要
新西兰当代作家珍妮特·弗雷姆的小说《生活在玛尼奥托托》是一部构思新颖、想象力独特、内涵丰富的作品。小说浓郁的后现代主义特点表现在以下三个方面:主题思想的抽象与不确定性、荒诞的"自我"消解、元小说的叙事策略。这三方面又体现了哈桑所说的那种"不确定的内在性"。弗雷姆多层面、多角度地将真实与虚构娴熟地捏合在一起,也借小说表达了她的创作观和真实观。
Abstract： Janet Frame＇s Living in the Maniototo is a novel of rich connotations, innovative structural design and unique imagination. Its post-modern features, characterized by an abstract and uncertain theme, absurd deconstruction of ＂ self ＂ and a metafictional narrative strategy, illustrate ＂indetermanence＂, a coinage made by Hassan. Frame masterfully mixes reality and fiction into a whole and expresses her understanding of writing and reality through the novel.
