异型变截面管材内高压成形壁厚控制技术与材料流动规律研究

摘要 通过建立相应的内高压成形有限元模拟模型,用D ynaform有限元分析软件进行模拟分析,探讨内高压成形过程中异型变截面管材壁厚变化的影响因素、控制技术及材料流动规律。模拟结果表明,内压力和轴向进给是影响异型变截面管材壁厚变化的主要因素,合理控制这两个因素可达到对成形件壁厚的控制。异型变截面管材内高压成形过程中材料由管件两端向中间胀形区流动,流向截面变化处,随着截面变化越大,材料流动速度也越大。 By means of modeling the internal high pressure forming finite element model and simulation analysis with finite element analysis software Dynaform,this paper discussed the affecting factors,controlling technology and material flow rules in wall thickness of shaped tube hydroforming.Simulation results show that suitable internal pressure loading path and axial feeding can obviously control the wall thickness of formed parts.Internal pressure and axial feed are the main factors which affect the wall thickness.In the process of shaped tube hydroforming,materials flow from tube ends toward bulging middle zone,along with the larger cross-section changes,the greater rate of material flow.
