Construction Disaster and Quality Controlling Measures for Two Lime Crushed Stone

二灰碎石基层因其具有良好的力学性能、承载力强、刚度大、水稳定好等优点,已被广泛应用于公路及市政道路建设。作为道路的承重层,其施工质量的好坏直接影响着道路的使用寿命,如何消除或减少施工病害,是保证施工质量的基本前提。文章结合施工实践,对二灰碎石在施工中产生的施工病害进行分析,并总结了市政道路工程半刚性基层二灰碎石的质量控制措施。

The foundation of two lime crushed stone has the advantages of good mechanical properties,strong capacity,large stiffness,water stability,which has been widely used in highway and municipal road construction.As road load-bearing layer,good or bad of lts construction quality directly affect the road life.How to remove and reduce construction disease is a basic premise of insuring construction quality.This paper makes an analysis of construction disease in two lime crushed stone construction and summaries the quality control measures for semi-rigid basic layer,two lime crushed stone in municipal road construction.
