由于剪力墙结构室内无露梁、露柱的现象,用于房屋结构中具有刚度大、简洁等特点,因此,在现代建筑中得以广泛应用。但是,由于建筑在施工中的空间有限,限制了剪力墙的最大间距,再加上剪力墙的受力情况较复杂,因此对设计人员提出了更高的要求,只有充分认识到这些问题,才能有效保障建筑质量。

Because there is not exposed beam structure and exposed columns in the room with shear wall structure,the housing structure is with the characteristics of high stiffness and simple,so in modern buildings it can be widely applied.But,since in the construction,the building space is limited,limiting the maximum distance between shear walls,and the force situation of shear walls is more complex,so it provides high requirements for the designers,and only fully awares of these problems,can effectively protect the construction quality.
