摘要
旋转尾管悬挂固井技术能解决尾管入井过程中的遇阻等复杂情况,并可提高水泥浆顶替效率和尾管固井质量,但该技术的核心旋转尾管悬挂器及其配套工具制造技术被国外公司垄断。为打破技术垄断,研制了具有自主知识产权的旋转尾管悬挂器。介绍了旋转尾管悬挂器的设计要点、结构和工作原理,并通过地面性能试验、液压丢手试验及模拟入井试验考察了旋转尾管悬挂器的各项性能。地面性能试验表明,旋转尾管悬挂器的坐挂压力、整体密封压力及承载能力均满足设计要求;液压丢手试验表明,液压丢手工具的抗拉和抗压能力均能满足设计要求,能实现液压、机械两种丢手功能;模拟入井试验表明,旋转尾管悬挂器能实现坐挂、丢手、旋转功能,各项技术参数与设计相符,达到了设计要求。现场应用表明,所研制的尾管悬挂器不但顺利实现了坐挂、丢手、旋转功能,还通过旋转提高了尾管固井质量。
Rotary liner hanger technique can reduce the resistance during running tail pipe, and increase slurry displacement efficiency and cementing quality. However the key parts of rotary liner hanger and related tools were monopolized by few foreign companies. In order to break the technological monopoly,Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Engineering has developed a new rotating liner hanger with independent intellectual property rights. This paper describes the key parts, structure, and working principle. The performance was tested by ground tests, hydraulic release tool tests and simulated down-hole tests. The ground test shows hanger setting pressure, overall sealing pressure, and carrying capacity can meet the design requirements. The tensile strength and compressive strength of hydraulic release tool can meet the design requirements,and achieve both hydraulic and mechanical re- lease functions. Simulated experiments showed that rotating liner hanger can achieve setting, releasing and rotating, and all the technical parameters can meet design requirements. The successful field application shows that the hang- er achieved all the functions and improved the cementing quality.
