摘要
美国高等教育具有深厚的大学自治传统,但是不加限制的市场竞争也造成了院校的学术漂移。本文以密苏里州为例,分析其在加强高等教育协调、遏制院校学术漂移方面的政策,以探讨高等教育市场失灵情况下,政府力量在促进高等教育协调发展中的作用。
Although there is long tradition of self governance in American higher education, unlimited market competition has caused academic drift. The paper takes the State of Missouri as a case to analyze the policies about prompting coordination in higher education system and limiting academic drift, and then to discuss how to form dynamics between government and market under market failure.
