摘要
随着高速铁路的不断发展,"四电"工程合同管理有待进一步加强。针对"四电"工程合同管理中存在的主要问题进行分析,提出进一步加强合同管理(建立合作共赢的合同主体关系、处理好工程分工界面和接口配合、确保公正合理的合同条款和建立动态的合同管理系统)的4项措施。为保证工程建设目标的实现提供保障。
With the constant development of high-speed railway,"four electric"project contract management should be strengthened.The main problems in"four electric"project contract management is analyzed and 5 measures(establish contract subject relationship of win-win cooperation,settle engineering division interface and interface match well,ensure fair and reasonable on the terms of the contract and set up dynamic contract management system)of strengthening"four electric"work contract management are presented to provide ensure for realizing construction project target.
