To strengthen the general management of foreign economic aid project and finish them efficiently and with high quality,we should chose excellent implement enterprises and appoint main management personnel with construction management experience and qualifications before project execution.In the process of project execution,we should establish incentive mechanism containing responsibility,right and interest,view material supply,construction period,safety and quality as management point and execute the contract strictly.
