摘要
轨道交通作为一种大运量、快捷、环保的交通工具,在全世界范围内的大城市已经广泛应用,目前我国各大城市进入地铁建设高潮期。此文针对全国轨道交通工程造价过高、造价控制的主动性不强及措施不利等问题进行分析与研究,提出工程造价全过程控制理念和各阶段控制造价的相应措施。
As a kind of large capacity,fast and environmental transportation,rail transit has been widely used in big cities worldwide.Now,subway construction in our big cities has entered in a big wave.This paper analyzed and researched the problems that too high rail transit project cost,low initiative and poor measure of cost control,etc.Then,this paper presented the project cost overall process control idea and corresponding control measures in each stage.
