食管贲门癌合并心律失常的手术前治疗

The treatment of carcinoma of esophago cardia and arrhythmia before operation

目的：总结食管贲门癌合并心律失常患者手术前的治疗方法。方法：对2007年1月-2009年12月收治的食管贲门癌患者289例中合并心律失常39例的临床资料和治疗方法进行总结分析。结果：患者手术前治疗时间4～8d，平均5．5d。住院时间18～32d，平均24d。术后7例出现心律失常，心律失常的发生率为17．9％。结论：加强手术前的正规治疗和管理，可以减少术后心律失常的发生率。

Objective：To tally up the treatments of carcinoma of esophago cardia and arrhythmia before operation. Methods ：To analysis the clinical data and therapy method of 39 cases with carcinoma of esophago cardia and arrhythmia in 289 cases with carcinoma of esophago cardia form January 2007 to December 2009. Results ：The treatment time of surgical operation was 4~8 d,the average was 5.5 d. Hospitalization time was 18~32 d,the average wad 24 d. After operation 7 cases occurrence arrhythmia,the incidence rate was 17.9%. Conclusion=Enhancing the regular treatment and manage can reduce the incidence rate of arrhythmia after operation.
